• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the item (subject to our Return & Refund Policy).

4. Cancellation by Shilvok Buildcraft

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued

• Payment authorization failure

• Incorrect pricing or listing errors

• Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
