1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in unused and unworn condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and documentation must be intact.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide a
return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order separately.

If approved the exchange product will be delivered within 15 days

6. EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

Returned items must be:

  • In unused, original condition

  • Packaged with all original tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be Credited to your original payment method within 15 business days.

  • Bank processing times may vary and affect refund posting.

If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us for support.
