This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery, refund, and exchange of products purchased from Shilvok Buildcraft.

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

2. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery timeline will be provided. Please note:

  • Delivery times begin from the shipping date, not the order date.

  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on order processing and delivery location.

  • We strive to dispatch all orders within 7 business days.

  • All products will be delivered within 10 days from the date of dispatch.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • No shipping is carried out on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • The weight and dimensions of your order

  • The shipping method selected

  • The delivery address/location

  1. Add items to your cart

  2. Proceed to checkout

  3. Review shipping charges before making final payment

Note: Additional fees may apply for remote locations or oversized/heavy packages. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Damaged Items During Transit

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or its contents, please report it immediately upon delivery. Timely documentation is crucial for claim processing and resolution.

6. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved for any reason (e.g., product unavailability, transit damage, or other valid concerns):

  • The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 days.

  • All refunds are subject to internal verification and approval.

7. Exchange Policy

If an exchange is approved due to eligible reasons (such as size issues or product defects):

  • The replacement product will be delivered within 15 days from the date of exchange approval.

  • Exchange requests are subject to inspection and must meet the conditions stated in our return/exchange criteria.
